Our Birthday Star Balloon Bouquet makes sure they know they are the Star of the day! The large 36" burst shaped balloon has pretty matte silver and gold coloring with polka dots on the edge. Four 18" matte finish stars compliment the larger balloon. They are weighted with a decorative base.
